We didn’t forget about him and asked him te re-join us, and we still praise ourselves as the lucky ones, because he did!

Even after two years at another company I was welcomed back with the same warm feeling as I remembered
“After I got my degree in IT, I saw a vacancy for Integration.team (i8c at the time). I loved the job but after 5 years I felt like it was time for something new! That’s when I started a similar position at a different consultancy company. In the two years that I worked there, a part of me was missing the feeling of being a part of a small team. So when I got back in touch with Integration.team, I decided to go back. Luckily I was welcomed with the same warm feeling as I remembered.”

“I’m very happy to be back. In this team I really have a personal connection with both the team members and the managers. It makes me feel at ease to know I can always reach out to someone if I run in to a problem. There’s a weekly meeting with the team so we keep in touch with both our colleagues and the managers (who feel more like colleagues as well). Even though we’re consultants that work with our own clients, we always look forward to the next team event!”
The fact that I can decide for myself if I want to keep working on a project or want to change things up, is a big plus for me!
“The type of projects I work on can differ. For now I work on two projects. In one of them I do both the analytical part and the development phase, for the other I can rely on the analysis of others and focus purely on the development. Seeing results after working on a project makes it all worth it! I’m very happy with the clients I’m working with now. The fact that I can decide for myself if I want to keep working on a project or want to change things up, is a big plus for me! This company is all about empowering people and letting them do what they love most.”
In the many knowledge sharing activities you can both teach your colleagues something and learn from them
“There are many knowledge-sharing opportunities organised in the team. Until now, I’ve primarily been using these as moments to learn from my colleagues. These are always very interesting especially when the topic concerns a technology you’re currently working with. Even if it’s from a totally different technology or feature, it’ll always be beneficial in some point of time or for a future project.”

“Integration.team offers a lot of “extra’s”. My favorite activity is the Fast Tracks we do. These days we make a combination of learning and a team activity and dinner. An activity could be karting, laser shooting, 4×4 drive,.. Anything is possible and it’s always possible to suggest an idea for an acitivity.
Integration.team is a part of the i8c cluster and the Cronos Group. In reality this means we get the best of both worlds. We get the advantages of being a part of a well organised big company but we can keep the feeling of working together in a small team.”
