We’re not just looking for someone who knows Microsoft Azure API Management inside out. We’re on the hunt for someone who can lead the way. Someone who sets things up, governs wisely, advises with confidence … and just casually shines while doing it.

What’s this role all about?

As an Integration Solution Architect, you’ll be the go-to expert guiding our clients through their API journey. From design to implementation, from governance to best practices: you bring it all together. Whether it’s setting up hybrid integration platforms or shaping the broader API strategy, you’re the one people trust to make it happen (and make it look easy).

You’ll get to:

  • Design and implement integration architectures using Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, … the whole shebang)
  • Take ownership of architectural decisions and act as a trusted advisor for clients
  • Define best practices and governance frameworks for API Lifecycle management
  • Guide teams, support pre-sales, and occasionally wear your superhero cape during workshops or assessments
  • Coach developers, and contribute to the technical growth of the organization
  • Help shape Integration.team’s technical roadmap. Your opinion actually matters here

What we’re hoping you’ll bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, especially API Management
  • A track record of designing integration architectures (bonus points if you’ve done it in complex enterprise environments)
  • A natural flair for leadership and a love for helping clients grow their maturity
  • You enjoy talking tech just as much as strategizing at a higher level
  • You’re not afraid to challenge assumptions … kindly, of course 😉
  • And this one’s important: at Integration.team, our architects lead by example. That means you’ll still be actively involved in development. We don’t believe in ivory towers, we believe in building with the team, guiding them through real code, real challenges, and real solutions. No abstract PowerPoints without action.
